There are so much more interesting and high value structures emerging across marketing that it feels crazy for PR to stick to its silly generalist commodity approach 100%.
How many problems come from the fact ‘Managers’ are actually just AEs you gave more money to and hired a graduate to assist? Why would almost anyone you hire be amazing at everything from writing to customer management on social to helping clients with their internal challenges *in the first few years of their career*?
There’s so much scope and opportunity here, I wish Augur were 3x the size so we could experiment with more depth. What’s your excuse?
